It will also examine two draft decrees, the first of which relates to the application of certain provisions relating to the disciplinary system of civil aviation employees, while the second relates to the application of the decree relating to promulgation of exceptional measures for the benefit of certain employers who are members of the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) and their declared employees, and certain categories of self-employed and self-employed persons insured with this fund, and affected by the repercussions of the pandemic of the new coronavirus (Covid-19), in relation to the tourism sector.
The Council will complete its work by examining proposals for appointment to high office, in accordance with the provisions of article 92 of the Constitution.
