Senegal is going to open its consulate general in Dakhla on Monday as part of the Kingdom’s consulate diplomacy in support of the autonomy plan in the southern provinces.

It is worth noting that, between the cities of Laâyoune and Dakhla, more than 20 African and Arab countries have established diplomatic representations in the Saharan provinces, with the United States consulate in Dakhla currently under construction.
