The Council of Government, on meeting via videoconference headed by the headmaster of the Moroccan government, Saad Eddine El Otmani, adopting the draft decree n° 2-20-715 amending decree n° 2.08.530 implementing law n° 33-06 relating to asset securitization.
According to the government spokesperson, Said Amzazi, who stated at a press conference about the draft decree, presented by the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Reform of the administration, aims to modify the provisions of article 1-12 of the aforementioned decree, by entrusting the determination of the conditions and modalities of granting of financing by the Collective Securitization Fund to a decision of the governmental authority. in charge of finances.
