In 2020, the Banque Centrale Populaire Group (BCP) processed and approved nearly 12,000 Damane Oxygene loan applications totaling 2.6 billion dirhams (MMDH).

In line with its values, the BCP Group has provided massive support to the company in Morocco, in particular small and medium-sized enterprises, severely weakened by the Covid crisis, the group said in a press release on its annual results for 2020.

Beyond the postponement of loan maturities granted to companies and individuals affected by the crisis, the BCP Group quickly deployed loans guaranteed by the State, thanks in particular to the exceptional mobilization of its teams, adds the same source.

In addition, the Group has approved more than 10,000 “Damane Reliance” loan requests, totaling MAD 6.3 billion. “In a time of unprecedented recession, these loans have largely supported small businesses and helped to sustain activity and employment.”.
